Acting Skills workshop
This workshop is designed for those wanting to learn or practise acting skills.
It will cover work on acting, voice and movement skills.
ToVee workshops are working towards providing something for everyone!
We have devised a whole range of workshops, from basic knowledge and skills
to give you an edge when starting out as a supporting artiste,
through basic acting, voice and movement skills and on to more advanced improvisation.
Each of our workshops may be booked as a one-off,
no need to sign up for long and expensive courses,
pick the workshop which suits you and take other sessions as and when you want to.
If you can’t see a workshop covering what you feel you need just contact us
and we will do our best to include your suggestion.

Why come on a workshop?
I am a Supporting Artiste, don’t I just need common sense?
Supporting Artistes are used because they are vital for the scene or the story.
It is essential that you know your stuff so that the work can be completed in the most
realistic and cost-effective way possible. Re-takes cost money!
A good reputation could land you more work too!

I have done a bit of training so why bother coming?
It is always useful to have a chance to refresh your skills and working with new people
might well give you something to add to your knowledge.
I have been to drama school so why should I come?
Sometimes the skills we have already learnt get a bit rusty so a refresh
at one of our more advanced sessions could be useful.
I just want more confidence!
