ToVee Workshops Terms & Conditions

ToVee Workshops is defined as the organisation known as ToVee Workshops and the sessions run under the name ToVee Workshops.

‘Participants’ are those who attend workshops sessions, whether they have paid a fee or have a free place.

ToVee Workshops or its facilitators do not accept responsibility for the physical or mental welfare of participants at any time and will not accept liability for any accidental injury.  All paticipants and facilitators attend at their own risk.

ToVee Workshops or its facilitators do not accept liability for loss or damage to any personal property which participants choose to bring with them.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they wear appropriate clothing and footwear, i.e. clothing which allows free movement and covers the body appropriately and non-slip shoes with a flattish base and foot support. (E.g. jogging bottoms, T shirt and trainers)

Fees are payable at time of booking and are non-refundable if the participant does not attend.

Places may be able to be transferred to another date at the discretion of ToVee Workshops provided 3 working days notice is given.

Places may be transferred to another Participant if agreed in advance with ToVee Workshops.

ToVee Workshops reserve the right to cancel any session at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of this happening every effort will be made to inform participants who are booked to attend at the earliest opportunity.

In the event of a workshop being cancelled or postponed, fees paid will be carried forward to an alternative date or refunded if no alternative date is available or suitable.

Participants agree to respect the premises at which the sessions are held and to abide by any rules of the premises.

Participants agree to respect the session facilitators who will lead the group throughout the session.
